Why refresh an existing bathroom?
Refreshing your bathroom is often a more cost effective way to upgrade because we maintain existing walls, electrical and plumbing, but update flooring, paint and fixtures. It's amazing what new fixtures and some fresh paint can do to transform a bathroom.
Why completely renovate a bathroom?
We often fully renovate bathrooms where there are leaks, old tile on walls or floors are unsalvageable or the layout doesn't fit the homeowner's current needs. These projects are much more involved because we fully demo the space, replace or move plumbing and upgrade electrical before installing new walls, flooring and fixtures.
Unsalvageable, dated half bathroom gets a major upgrade
This 1960s half bath was in rough shape with broken tiles, yellowed grout, damaged walls, dated fixtures and a cramped layout that didn't fit the homeowner's needs. They wanted to modernize the space, rework the layout and add a standing shower.
We demoed this bathroom down to the studs, replaced and moved plumbing, and replaced all electrical. By moving the vanity and adding a standing shower, the space is now usable, easy to move through and matches the rest of the home's updated look and feel.

Half bathroom refresh
Our customer wanted to give this dated half bathroom a facelift with modern fixtures and colors to match their style.
We kept the plumbing, electrical and layout exactly as it was and went over the existing tile flooring with luxury vinyl, replaced the old cabinet with new custom shelving, painted the walls and installed a new toilet and vanity.
