Why convert an unfinished basement into living space?

Converting your unfinished basement into livable space is a great way to extend your square footage without expanding your home's footprint. Many homeowners consider basement finishes for multigenerational living, rental income, home offices and growing families.

Why repurpose multi-function basement space into smaller dedicated spaces?

Our homes need to grow and evolve as we do. Many homeowners work with us to repurpose a large multi-function space, like a basement den, into smaller, dedicated spaces like bedrooms, home offices, additional bathrooms and in-law apartments.

Large basement den conversion to home office, bedroom and walk-in closet

Our customer was in need of additional living space without expanding their existing home's footprint and asked us to convert their large, multi-purpose basement den into a home office, bedroom and walk-in closet. To complete this project, we worked with our customer to map out their vision, adding new walls and doors to create the layout they were seeking.

Basement bedroom addition

Our customer needed to increase the bedrooms in their home, but had to work within their HOA guardrails and maintain the footprint of their existing home. We turned a portion of their unused and unfinished basement into a bedroom to allow for more space while keeping well within the necessary HOA requirements.
