I’ve worked with Reilly Brothers Construction on 6 big projects over the last five years. My first project I planned out very poorly, there wasn’t really enough space for what I was trying to do, and it posed many challenges. After walking through the site with Nick Reilly and conveying my vision to him, he said: “Well, this all sounds like a challenge, but I like challenges.” I knew immediately that Nick Reilly had a solution-oriented, “can do” mindset that exceeded other contractors I have worked with. I was extremely impressed with him on that first project, and the experience compelled me to enlist his services for several other projects since then. He’s extremely responsive, a thorough and detailed communicator, and his craftsmanship is top-notch. He’s very accountable and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He always wants to do things right, and he never takes shortcuts. Despite bringing more to the table than other contractors I have worked with, I’ve found his price proposals to be more competitive than his peers. With Nick’s help, over the last five years I have been able to transform my property into a space that my family enjoys immensely, and of which I am very proud. I can’t say enough positive things about Reilly Brothers Construction. First and foremost they are the only contractors that I will return to for my next home maintenance/renovation needs after 15 years of homeownership. While I have experienced great work before, I’ve never experienced both great work and great communication. There are always bumps with these types of projects, but when there was a hiccup, owner Nick was responsive, thoughtful, and respectful. I say this as a woman as well- in general I’ve found GCs only treat my husband this way, however, my husband never got involved with this project from start to finish. I felt heard, respected, and validated throughout the entire project. I also called Nick before ever getting an estimate to get his opinion on the entire scope of my project. Even in this conversation he was thorough and provided excellent advice. If you want a GC who actually cares, beginning before even getting hired, start-finish, and you’ll want to hire again- don’t hesitate. You’ve found your company.

We are very happy with the work done by Reilly Brothers to remodel our family room. Nick and his team are very conscientious and communicated extremely well. They handled permitting, demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, doors and windows, siding and trim, and tackled a few items a previous contractor did not complete correctly. They made improvements to the underlying structure because it wasn’t up to their standards.
They were neat and respectful of our home. Nick made sure to stop and discuss the next steps with us before starting the next phase. We felt confident that he had our interests in mind with every recommendation. We highly recommend Reilly Brothers, and we will use them again.
